Farnham is a renovation to an existing semi-detached home. The basement slab is lowered with underpinning and a bench footing along the party wall. This allows for a more generous ceiling height, making the basement space more comfortable for the new open family room, office, kitchenette and large combined washroom and laundry room. Renovations to the upper floors help to modernize and update the master ensuite, dressing room and third floor washroom.
