Grandview is a full renovation and addition to an existing home in collaboration with the client, Jennifer Garnett of Jennifer Garnett Design. The design includes new fiberglass windows, heated concrete floors, extensive custom millwork, an Italian kitchen, new exterior landscaping, as well as the construction of a new shed and carport. The addition allows for a deeper basement and, being wider than the existing house, lets light in from the south for the floating open riser stair. The exterior finishes of black stucco and Maibec siding give the house a contemporary minimalist aesthetic.
